We are currently seeking experienced and professional Coach Drivers to get in touch. As a Coach Driver, you will be responsible for safely transporting passengers to their destinations while providing excellent customer service throughout the journey.

Coach Driver Responsibilities:

  • Operate and drive coaches in a safe and responsible manner, adhering to all traffic regulations and company policies.
  • Ensure the comfort and safety of passengers throughout the journey, including assisting with boarding and alighting as needed.
  • Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the coach interior, including regular checks for any defects or issues.
  • Provide courteous and helpful assistance to passengers, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
  • Keep accurate records of driving hours, mileage, and any incidents or accidents that occur during shifts.
  • Conduct routine vehicle inspections and report any maintenance or repair needs to the appropriate personnel.
  • Always maintain a professional appearance and demeanour, representing the company positively to customers and the public.

 

Coach Driver Requirements:

  • Must hold a Valid UK Driver CPC (Certificate of Professional Competence) qualification.
  • Must Hold a PCV (Passenger Carrying Vehicle) license with Category D entitlement.
  • Be a Digital Tachograph Card Holder or willing to obtain one.
  • Proven experience as a Coach Driver, with a clean driving record.
  • Excellent knowledge of UK roadways and traffic regulations.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • A commitment to safety and reliability, with a proactive approach to passenger satisfaction.
  • Good physical condition, as the role may involve some lifting and carrying of luggage.
  • Ability to remain calm and composed in challenging situations, prioritizing passenger welfare always.
