Service Team Manager – Woolwich – Service Team Manager 

Job Title – Service Team Manager 
Location – Woolwich 
Salary – £31500, OTE £45,000 – £56,000 
Working hours are Monday – Friday, 8.00am – 6.00pm, 45 hours per week and Saturday 8.00am – 12.30pm (1 in 3, paid as additional hours)

Our client, a well-established prestige main dealership, is looking to add an experienced, high-performing Service Team Manager to their high performing Aftersales team.
The Service Team Manager role comes with a competitive salary of £31,500, OTE £45,000 to £56,000 + per annum with a company car. Benefits package below:

Minimum Service Team Manager Requirements:

  • Experience in a similar role, as a Service Admin / Service Advisor or similar
  • An ability to sell additional products and services to customer
  • Experience in using commercial databases
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to deliver outstanding customer service
  • The ability to manage multiple tasks

 
Key Service Team Manager Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Meeting and greeting customers in a friendly and courteous manner throughout the day
  • Updating the customer regarding their vehicle repairs and any additional work required, whilst providing excellent customer service with regular communication and updates
  • Maintaining knowledge of our aftersales products and services
  • Monitor and ensure that the completion of all service and repair paperwork is completed promptly, ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Work directly with a team of technicians allocating jobs according to time and ability whilst ensuring the highest levels of service
  • Ensure customer vehicles are handled with care whilst in the responsibility of the Service Workshop and that all cars are cleaned and valeted ready for handover to customer
