Job Title: Vehicle Technician
Location: Bristol
Due to continued growth, we are recruiting Vehicle Technicians to join a main dealership group in Bristol.
Salary & Bonus:
- Basic salaries from £30,000 to £45,000
- Bonus / OTE’s ranging from £32,700 to £48,840
Role & Responsibilities:
- Perform vehicle servicing, repairs, and diagnostics on all vehicles
- Electrical and mechanical repairs (suspension, steering, brakes, air conditioning, etc.)
- Work on EV and Hybrid vehicles, using electronic diagnostic equipment
- Fit manufacturer accessories and audio equipment
- Complete service paperwork to manufacturer standards
- Use video reporting systems (e.g., CitNOW)
- Collaborate with team members to share knowledge
About You:
- Experience as a Vehicle Technician, Mechanic, HGV Mechanic, Motor Vehicle Technician, Auto Electrician, or MOT Tester
- NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair (or working towards)
- Electric/Hybrid vehicle qualification is advantageous but not essential
- Full UK driving licence and the right to work in the UK
